How do I confirm my booking?
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required. The deposit is paid online through our website. Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
When do I pay the remaining amount?
The remaining 70% of the rental cost is paid upon vehicle pickup at our office, either by cash or credit/debit card.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A security deposit may be required depending on the type of vehicle rented and the insurance selected. The deposit can be paid in cash or by card.
What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle?
The renter must be at least 21 years old at the time of rental. Age will be verified using an official identification document during vehicle pickup.
What driving license do I need?
The required driving license depends on the vehicle type:
Category B – Cars and ATVs
Category A1 – Scooters up to 125cc
Category A2 – Scooters 150cc
The license must be valid for the entire rental period.
Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP)?
Yes. If you are not a resident of the European Union, you must present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) together with your national driving license. Without an IDP, the rental cannot proceed.
Are provisional or learner licenses accepted?
No. Provisional or learner driving licenses are not accepted, and vehicles cannot be rented or driven using such licenses.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 30 days before pickup: Full refund of the deposit
Within 30 days before pickup: Deposit is non-refundable
No-show: The full deposit is forfeited
What insurance is included with the rental?
All vehicles include basic insurance, which covers the renter only if they are not at fault and if an official accident report is provided.
What is Full Insurance and how does it work?
Full Insurance is optional and available for an additional daily fee.
It covers material damages to the vehicle regardless of fault, with a maximum excess of €600 per incident.
What happens in case of an accident?
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately contact both the police and our company, regardless of the insurance selected. Failure to do so may result in loss of insurance coverage.
Are there cases where insurance does not apply?
Yes. Insurance coverage may be denied if the vehicle is used improperly, including:
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Serious traffic violations
Off-road or illegal use
Driving by an unauthorized person
Can someone else drive the vehicle?
No. Only the authorized driver listed in the booking is allowed to drive the vehicle. Allowing third parties to drive is strictly prohibited.
Do you offer vehicle delivery and collection?
Yes. We offer delivery and collection to:

Customer accommodation
Services are available between 09:00 and 21:00. Outside these hours, delivery is possible only by special arrangement and may incur an extra charge.
Are personal belongings insured?
No. The company is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
Are prices final?
Yes. All prices shown on the website include VAT. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price remains binding, even if prices change later.
