Welcome to our website.
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before making any reservation.
By accessing or using our website, you fully accept and agree to these terms.

1. General Business Information

Our company is a family-owned vehicle rental business located on the main road of Laganas, Zakynthos.
We offer scooters, cars, and ATVs (quad bikes) for rent to visitors seeking safe and reliable transportation around the island.

2. Booking Procedure

  • 2.1. Reservations are made through our website by completing the booking form and selecting the vehicle type, rental dates, and any additional services.

  • 2.2. To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required.

  • 2.3. The deposit is paid online using the available payment methods.

  • 2.4. Once payment is completed, the customer will receive a booking confirmation via email.

3. Remaining Balance

  • 3.1. The remaining 70% of the rental amount is payable upon vehicle pickup at our physical location, either by credit/debit card or cash.

Security Deposit

  • 3.2. The company reserves the right to request a security deposit in cash or via credit/debit card, depending on the type of vehicle rented.

4. Booking Cancellation & Refunds

  • 4.1. Cancellation 30 days or more before pickup: full refund of the deposit.

  • 4.2. Cancellation within 30 days before rental start: deposit is non-refundable.

  • 4.3. No-show: the full deposit is forfeited.

5. Vehicle Rental Requirements

Driving License Requirements

A valid driving license must be presented, depending on the vehicle type:

  • Category B – Car or ATV rental

  • Category A1 – Scooter up to 125cc

  • Category A2 – Scooter 150cc

The driving license must be valid for the entire rental period.

  • 5.2. Customers outside the European Union must hold a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).
    The IDP must be presented at pickup. Without it, the rental cannot proceed.

  • 5.3. Provisional / learner licenses are not accepted.

  • 5.4. The renter must have held their driving license for at least one (1) year prior to the rental date.

  • 5.5. The renter must be at least 21 years old.

  • 5.6. The company reserves the right to refuse a rental to any customer who does not meet safety requirements, fails to provide the necessary documentation, or exhibits behavior that may endanger the vehicle, themselves, or third parties.

6. Vehicle Use

  • 6.1. The renter must operate the vehicle in accordance with Greek traffic laws and safety regulations.

  • 6.2. Off-road use, driving under the influence of alcohol or substances, and allowing unauthorized third parties to drive the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

  • 6.3. Any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or violation of the law is the sole responsibility of the renter.

7. Insurance & Damages

Basic Insurance

  • 7.1. All vehicles are provided with basic insurance, which covers the renter only in cases where they are not at fault.
    To activate basic insurance coverage, the renter must immediately contact:

    • the police

    • our company

An official accident report must be issued by the police or insurance authorities. Without proper documentation, insurance coverage is invalid.

Full Insurance (Optional)

  • 7.2. Full Insurance is available for an additional daily fee and covers all material damages to the vehicle, regardless of fault.

  • 7.3. In the event of damage under Full Insurance, the renter is liable for a fixed excess of €600:

    • The first €600 of the damage is charged to the renter.

    • Any amount exceeding €600 is fully covered by the company.

  • 7.4. In case of any accident, the renter must immediately notify both the police and the company, regardless of the insurance type selected.

  • 7.5. Insurance coverage may be denied in cases of:

    • driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

    • serious traffic violations

    • improper or illegal use of the vehicle

    • driving by an unauthorized person

8. Vehicle Delivery & Collection

  • 8.1. Vehicle delivery and collection services are available to and from Zakynthos Airport and the customer’s accommodation.

  • 8.2. Service hours are strictly 09:00 – 21:00.

  • 8.3. Services outside these hours are available only by prior agreement and subject to an additional charge.

9. Prices & Changes

  • 9.1. All prices displayed on the website include VAT.

  • 9.2. The company reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking remains binding.

10. Personal Data

  • 10.1. The company collects only the necessary personal data required to complete reservations and operate legally.

  • 10.2. Customer personal data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

  • 10.3. The website complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Miscellaneous

  • 11.1. The company is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicles.

  • 11.2. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • 11.3. These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the website.
